Job description
As a Project Manager Manufacturing (PMM), you will manage product-related projects, ensuring completion within timelines and budgets. Your primary goal is to maintain a continuous product supply and prevent out-of-stock situations. This includes projects such as New Product Launches (NPL), onboarding new API suppliers, and transferring products between CMOs. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, including CDMOs, CMOs, and suppliers, to coordinate manufacturing needs. Your responsibilities include converting market demand into production schedules at CMOs and placing purchase orders to ensure timely delivery. You will monitor project progress, identify risks, and work with stakeholders to address any issues. Building strong relationships is key, as is compliance with GMP/GDP guidelines and process improvements. You will track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) and stock management, ensuring clear communication across teams. Additionally, you will lead Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP) meetings with CMOs and oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning to delivery.
Profile
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in logistics, engineering, process technology, pharmacy, or a related field;
- Experience in working within pharmaceuticals or food;
- Experience with product tech transfers, new product introductions, and compliance with GMP/GDP guidelines;
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, structured approach;
- Detail-oriented, resilient under pressure, and adaptable;
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
