Position

As Medical Science Liaison you are responsible for driving patient recruitment for Phase II & III clinical studies. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to accelerate patient recruitment across study sites. You will maintain a consistent presence through weekly face-to-face visits with site staff to monitor progress and proactively address any challenges that may impede study timelines.

Key responsibilities include crafting strategic and communication plans to support recruitment acceleration and collaborating closely with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and Global Clinical Operations (GCO) teams. You will identify and resolve site-specific barriers, working to ensure seamless study execution and adherence to all ethical and regulatory standards. As a Medical Science Liaison, you will also build and maintain strong professional relationships with external experts, investigators, and site coordinators. Additionally, you will serve as an internal expert on disease and product-related information, educating teams to enhance study execution. This role requires a commitment to compliance and excellence in advancing our clinical studies and patient impact.

In short, as a Medical Science Liaison, you will drive patient recruitment for Phase II & III studies, develop strategies to accelerate recruitment, conduct regular site visits, and resolve study challenges. You will collaborate closely with teams, build relationships with external experts, and serve as an internal expert, ensuring compliance and supporting effective study execution.

Profile
  • MD/PHD or other life sciences degree required;
  • minimum of 6 years of pharmaceutical industry/CRO clinical research experience;
  • broad knowledge of drug development, clinical trial execution, regulatory requirements for phase II & III studies;
  • skilled in developing and implementing strategies for accelerated patient recruitment;
  • strong track record of successful patient recruitment in Phase II & III clinical studies;
  • ability to lead and align cross-functional, matrixed teams with exceptional interpersonal skills;
  • excellent Polish communication skills, both verbal and written.
