Position
As Senior Lab Technician, your primary responsibility is to conduct laboratory ELISA tests, experiments, analyzing samples and maintaining accurate records to support scientific research. This includes sample preparation, microscopy, and various other biochemical, cellular, and molecular biology assays. Furthermore, you are responsible for performing accurate and precise analysis of samples using advanced laboratory equipment and instruments. Following, you will record and analyze experimental data and write reports describing the outcome, findings and conclusions. Finally, you ensure that the laboratory equipment is calibrated, cleaned, and functioning properly.
In conclusion, you will work closely with Scientists, Researchers and other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the laboratory and contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the life science
field.
Profile
- completed MLO/HLO in life sciences, molecular biology, biochemistry or equivalent
- experience in working in an industrial laboratory environment
- experience in ELISA essays
- skilled in analyzing data and writing and presenting reports
- good communicative skills in Dutch and English, both oral and written
- proactive, flexible and creative
