Position
As Manager Validation & Calibration, you will be responsible for coordinating the validation of all systems and the calibration of the equipment on-site. You will lead a team of four Validation Experts and three Calibration Engineers, ensuring the department is well-organized and runs smoothly. Additionally, you will work closely with various disciplines in a dynamic project environment. You will prepare reports, maintain weekly, monthly, and annual plans, and ensure the training status of your team is up to date. Your goal is to ensure effective communication, coach employees, and monitor team performance. In short, a versatile role where you will actively contribute to the organisation’s success in a challenging environment.
This is a temporary position that will be filled on an interim or secondment basis.
Profile
- bachelor’s or academic degree in Life Sciences
- at least 5 years of experience in a highly regulated industry, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector
- proven coordination skills related to validation and calibration
- experience leading teams in a project environment
- strong understanding of system validation standards
- flexible, structured, and result-oriented
- excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and a proactive mindset
