Position
As a Process Quality Management Specialist (GAIA), you will be responsible for ensuring that all products managed by the External Quality Assurance (EQA) department are manufactured, packaged, tested, released, stored, and distributed in accordance with the company’s high standards and applicable regulations. You will provide quality oversight at External Entity (EE) sites and play a key role in processes such as change control management and validation within a pharmaceutical packaging environment.
You will work closely with external partners and internal teams to ensure the smooth transfer of packaging operations between contract manufacturing organizations, contributing to regulatory documentation, equipment qualification, and process validation. Your ability to handle quality-related tasks independently, while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements, will be crucial to the success of this assignment.

Profile
- four-year degree in Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- thorough knowledge of Quality Systems, Quality Assurance, and GMP regulations
- ability to work effectively across boundaries with strong interpersonal skills
- fully proficient in English (Dutch and/or Spanish is a plus)
- located in or near Amsterdam or Madrid (home working possible)
- freelance is NOT possible
- QP license is not required
