Position
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless order processing, dispute resolution, and customer data management for your assigned region. You will be at the heart of the order-to-cash process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with both internal policies and regulatory requirements. Your efforts will directly contribute to delivering essential products to patients on time. In this dynamic role, you will coordinate and align with multiple internal teams—including Commercial, Logistics, Quality, and Finance—as well as external partners such as distributors and vendors to guarantee smooth order fulfilment. By proactively monitoring order statuses and swiftly addressing any discrepancies, you ensure a reliable supply chain and exceptional service for our customers. You will manage end-to-end order processing, from generating precise sales invoices based on approved orders and contract terms to collaborating with Finance on billing reconciliations and resolving invoicing issues. Additionally, you will manage customer data in the ERP systems, ensuring compliance with all necessary requirements. Beyond day-to-day operations, you will also have the opportunity to drive process improvements, optimizing workflows and enhancing efficiency within the team. Profile
- degree educated or able to demonstrate equivalent relevant experience
- fluent in German and English is essential
- proficiency in an additional language such as Spanish or Dutch is a plus
- experience with ERP systems is a plus (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Excel)
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
- experience with process improvement initiatives and project management is beneficial
