Position
As a Senior Quality Intelligence Project Manager, you are responsible for managing and optimizing compliance-related activities within the Quality Intelligence Program Management Office (QIPMO). You will lead medium to large-scale projects to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and contribute to the strategic objectives of the Quality Assurance organization.
This role involves overseeing and optimizing processes to implement approved regulations and standards, ensuring timely completion of change management and change control activities. You will work closely with various departments to address current and future regulatory impacts on the quality system and mitigate compliance risks. It is your responsibility to develop and manage clear project plans, including scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
Additionally, you will identify critical project issues and risks, ensuring timely communication with senior leadership. Strong and effective communication, both oral and written, is essential to keep all stakeholders informed about key project elements, such as scope, planning, and challenges.
The role also supports AN Commercial QA and Quality Assurance Compliance organizations by identifying areas for improvement and integrating initiatives that align with compliance risks, available resources, and business process capabilities. You will recommend and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, develop and maintain KPIs to monitor success, and coordinate Quality Intelligence operations to align with business cycle updates.
Profile
- 5-7 of experience in a regulated nutritional food-manufacturing environment, preferably in pediatric or medical nutrition products, with strong knowledge of food CGXP and nutritional regulations, pharma experience is an advantage
- 3-5 years of experience managing medium to large-scale projects in quality, R&D, operations, or supply chain
- proven ability to manage expectations on program requirements and deliverables
- demonstrated problem-solving skills and expertise in nutritional manufacturing controls and quality systems
- strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Class A
- cross-functional and cross-divisional stakeholder management experience
- applicable technical knowledge and international experience, with sound decision-making skills contributing to competence, confidence, and credibility.

The QA department is undergoing continuous development to elevate its work to an even higher standard of quality.
